Authenticity Guarantee
Every single item we sell is inspected by hand before it ships — and it leaves
here with a numbered tag that says so.
Nothing ships unchecked
- Every unit is inspected individually. Not a sample of the batch, not a spot check — each item,
every time.
- We verify the item against the manufacturer's specification for that exact style code: the
stitching and glue work, the materials and finish, the tongue, insole and heel markings, the
stamped size and factory codes, and the box label matching what's inside it.
- We check condition as carefully as authenticity — no scuffs, no creasing, no yellowing, no
loose threads or glue marks. If it isn't in the condition we'd want to receive, it doesn't
go out.
- Anything that fails inspection is pulled and never reaches a customer. We'd rather cancel an
order and refund you than send something we aren't sure about.
Authenticity Tag
- Every order arrives with our sold.supply authenticity tag attached to the item.
- The tag is our record that this specific unit passed our inspection. It's how we tie an item
in your hands back to the one we checked and shipped.
- Please leave the tag attached until you're sure you're keeping the item. It doesn't
affect wearing or trying the item on — but returns, exchanges and defect claims all require it
to still be attached.
If something's wrong with your item
- If an item arrives with a defect, is not as described, or you have any doubt about its
authenticity, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- In that case we cover everything: the return shipping is on us and you get a
full refund to your original payment method — not store credit.
- You can also opt for a replacement of the same item where we have one in stock.
- One thing we do need: the sold.supply authenticity tag must still be attached when you make
the claim. Once it's removed we can no longer confirm the item is the one we inspected and
shipped, and we can't process a defect claim on it.
This is separate from a change-of-mind return — see our
returns policy for that. Questions? Contact us — we'll help.
