Account Terms & Conditions

These terms cover creating and using a sold.supply customer account. Purchases themselves are governed by our Returns & Exchanges and Shipping policies whether or not you have an account.

Your account

• An account requires a valid email address and a password. A phone number is optional and is used only to contact you about your own orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We recommend a password you do not use elsewhere.
• You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account.

What we store

• Your email, optional phone number, order history, and (while you are signed in) the contents of your shopping cart and saved products, so you can return to them later.
• We never store your card details — payments are processed by Stripe.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Emails

• Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are always sent.
• Deals and newsletter emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one includes a way to opt out.

Closing your account

• You can stop using your account at any time. To have it deleted, contact us via the contact form and we will remove it, keeping only what order records we are legally required to retain.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the account after a change means you accept the updated terms. This page always shows the current version.
