Commission and attribution

Approved partners earn 5% of eligible merchandise revenue actually paid, after discounts and excluding tax and shipping. Store-credit payments do not earn a second cash commission. The last eligible affiliate referral within 30 days receives credit. Attribution uses permitted first-party tracking and may be unavailable when cookies are declined or blocked, or when a shopper changes devices. A referral link is not a discount code.

Approval and payouts

Commissions remain pending until 30 days after recorded delivery. Canceled and refunded purchases are excluded; partial refunds and store-credit adjustments are reviewed. Returns, disputes and suspected misuse can hold a commission. Approved balances of $50 or more qualify for monthly manual payouts. Smaller balances carry forward. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with each partner. A payment is not complete until actually sent; a dashboard estimate is not a payment.

Refunds, chargebacks and corrections after a payout may reduce future balances. Each order can earn one commission. Self-referrals and fabricated purchases are ineligible. Partners cannot earn a commission on their own orders, including guest orders under their account email.

Promoting the store

Approval is required before promotion. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission near your links, and mark paid website links with rel="sponsored". Do not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, unauthorized coupon promotion, or paid ads bidding on sold.supply's brand name. Do not claim that sold.supply is an authorized retailer of a brand unless we expressly confirm it. Product prices and stock can change; use current product links.

We may pause or end participation for misuse. Changing program terms will not retroactively change the rate already recorded for an eligible order. Access to the portal does not give access to customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses or payment details.
