Cancellation policy

Effective October 26, 2026 at 07:17:03 PM EDT for new orders whose checkout displays these cancellation terms. Orders placed through an earlier checkout keep the terms shown when it was started.

Before placing your order

Please order only if you intend to keep the items. It is your responsibility to check the product, size, quantity and delivery address before paying. You may still request a cancellation before you receive your order, or request a return after delivery under our return policy.

How to request a cancellation

Email customerservice@sold.supply with your order number and the items you want to cancel. Contact us as soon as possible. A request does not cancel the order until our team confirms it. We will explain the refund amount and any applicable deduction.

If your package has already shipped, we may be unable to stop delivery. You can still contact us before it arrives; if delivery cannot be stopped, follow our return instructions after receipt. Please do not refuse delivery or send a package back without instructions.

10% cancellation fee

Where permitted by law, an approved customer-requested cancellation has a 10% cancellation fee, calculated on the amount paid for the canceled merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping charges. For a partial cancellation, the fee applies only to the canceled items.

The cancellation fee includes payment processing costs we pay when an order is placed, which are not returned to us when we refund that payment, as well as order-handling costs.

For example, canceling an eligible $100 item before shipment results in a $10 fee and a $90 merchandise refund, plus the refundable tax and unused shipping charges. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

When the fee does not apply

We do not charge this fee when we cancel because we or our supplier cannot fulfill your order, when a qualifying shipping delay entitles you to a full refund, for an unauthorized transaction, or whenever applicable law requires a full refund. We may also waive the fee at our discretion.

We do not charge both a cancellation fee and a return restocking fee for the same item. Delivered items are handled under the return policy, including its timing, condition and seller-error protections. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
